AIX Creator Services
Amazon Creator Connections Management
A performance-gated service for brands that want to capture the Amazon creator opportunity without changing agencies, paying retainers, or committing time.
Amazon now has more than 900,000 active creator storefronts. Over the 2025 Black Friday/Cyber Monday window, creators drove $1.87 billion in attributed sales, a 29% year-over-year increase. Most DTC brands have either ignored this entirely or signed up for Creator Connections and treated it as set-and-forget. The result: their direct competitors have 10 to 35+ creator videos on hero PDPs while they have zero. That is the gap this service closes.
The Problem: Set-and-Forget Does Not Work
Most DTC brands sign up for Creator Connections, fill out a basic campaign, and wait for creators to apply. Passive matching produces passive results.
Creators with real audiences have options. They get pitched by dozens of brands every week. A generic campaign brief with no brand voice, unclear product positioning, or missing inventory gets ignored, or worse, gets low-effort content that hurts your brand.
No proactive recruitment
Creator Connections passive matching only shows your campaign to creators who happen to browse. The best creators, the ones with engaged audiences in your category, are already getting direct outreach from competitors. You have to go find them.
No vetting beyond follower count
Not all accepted creators actually post. Many have inactive storefronts, low engagement, or content quality that does not match your brand. Without screening for niche fit, prior brand work, and actual Amazon storefront activity, you end up sending samples to creators who never deliver.
No ongoing management
Creators go silent. Commission rates need adjustment. Campaigns underperform and no one notices. A creator program without active management decays into a cost center with no content output.
The Service: Seven Things, Run End-to-End
Everything required to build and maintain a productive creator program, so your team does not have to.
Brand Voice and Setup
We ingest your brand voice, including guidelines, ambassador communications, and customer-facing copy, and translate it into a creator brief your team approves before anyone is contacted. We set up your Creator Connections account and define program requirements.
Campaign Build
Choose the right ASINs (not just best sellers, and only ASINs with healthy inventory), set a commission rate that attracts creators without destroying margin, and write a campaign brief that makes you stand out from the brands competing for the same creators.
Creator Recruitment
Creator Connections passive matching is not enough. We proactively reach out to creators already active in Amazon's ecosystem, and supplement with outreach to Instagram and TikTok micro-creators who are eligible for or already enrolled in the Amazon Influencer Program.
Creator Vetting
Not all accepted creators actually post. We screen for content quality, niche fit, Amazon storefront activity, and engagement signals, not just follower count.
Ongoing Management
Following up with creators who go silent, coordinating samples, adjusting commission rates if a campaign underperforms, and launching new campaigns with different ASINs as the program matures.
License Winning Content
We identify the content that converts and negotiate paid usage rights agreements (typically 6 to 12 months, cross-channel) with the creators behind it. You get a legally clean library you can deploy on Meta, email, owned social, and paid channels. Typical pass-through cost is $50 to $500 per creator depending on reach.
Monthly Read
Creators activated, content published, attributed clicks, attributed sales, commission paid, cost-per-sale, plus a plain-English read on what is working: which creators converted, which content formats drove sales, and what the program should focus on next.
Where the Content Shows Up
One creator video typically appears on five different surfaces. That is why the conversion impact compounds: it is not one impression, it is five surfaces hitting different shoppers at different moments.
Your PDP video carousel
The "Videos for this product" scroll on the right side of your product page. Highest-conversion surface because shoppers are at the buy box.
Your PDP review videos
Creator video reviews inside your reviews section. Stay on the listing indefinitely.
Creator's Amazon storefront
The creator's own amazon.com/shop/[handle] page, with your products in their curated idea lists. Shoppers browsing the storefront can buy directly.
Amazon video search results
Shoppers filter category search by video. Your creator content appears alongside category results.
Creator's social channels
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube content with affiliate links pointing back to your Amazon PDP. Drives off-Amazon traffic, which Amazon's algorithm rewards.
How We Control Content Quality
Amazon does not allow brands to pre-approve every creator video before it goes live. Quality control happens in three places instead.
Upstream: the brief
You approve the creator brief before any creator sees it. Brand voice, must-say messaging, must-not-say guardrails, visual guidelines, and approved claims are all locked in writing.
Creator selection
We vet for content quality, niche fit, prior brand work, and Amazon storefront activity before inviting a creator into the campaign. Creators whose work does not match your standard are not invited.
Downstream: post-publication
Amazon's rules do not allow brands to pre-approve creator content before it goes live. If something is published that violates the brief, we flag it to Amazon for removal and we do not work with that creator again.
The Offer: Free Until It Works
You pay nothing until Creator Connections-attributed revenue exceeds $5,000 in a given month. Above that threshold: 7.5% of attributed revenue. Your only out-of-pocket investment is product samples.

Definition
Creator Connections-attributed revenue means Amazon-reported sales attributed to Creator Connections links within Amazon's standard click-attribution window, as shown in your Seller Central reports.
How It Ramps
Brand voice ingestion. Creator Connections account setup. Program design.
Inventory check. First creators recruited. Samples ship only after you confirm stock health on the target ASINs.
First content live on Amazon and creator channels.
Threshold typically hit, depending on category, sample velocity, and brand recognition.
Inventory and Readiness
We do not launch a creator program against ASINs with shaky inventory. Driving creator-attributed traffic to an out-of-stock listing kills momentum, hurts organic rank, and wastes the creator's audience attention. If your inventory is currently behind, we recommend doing the prep work while you stabilize stock.
What You Keep
A live Creator Connections program
Creators producing content on your PDPs every week, without your team managing outreach, vetting, or follow-ups.
A library of cross-channel-licensed creator content
Legally clean content you can deploy on Meta, email, and owned social, not just Amazon.
Monthly reporting tied to the AIX KPI framework
Including iTACOS, New-to-Brand Rate, and Organic Share, so you can see what the program is doing to your full Amazon picture, not just attributed commissions.
No conflict with your existing Amazon agency
We operate in a separate console layer. Your agency keeps running ads.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Does this conflict with our current Amazon agency?
- No. Creator Connections operates in a separate console layer from your advertising campaigns. Your existing agency continues managing PPC, listings, and account operations exactly as before. We handle the creator program independently. There is no overlap, no permission conflicts, and no coordination required between the two.
- How do you control content quality if brands cannot pre-approve creator videos?
- Amazon does not allow brands to pre-approve every creator video before it goes live. Quality control happens in three places instead. Upstream: you approve the creator brief before any creator sees it, locking in brand voice, must-say messaging, must-not-say guardrails, and visual guidelines. Creator selection: we vet for content quality, niche fit, prior brand work, and Amazon storefront activity before inviting a creator into the campaign. Downstream: if something is published that violates the brief, we flag it to Amazon for removal and do not work with that creator again.
- What if a creator posts something off-brand?
- We flag the content to Amazon for removal immediately and we do not work with that creator again. The brief you approve upfront includes explicit guardrails, so creators know the boundaries before they start. Because we vet creators before inviting them and only work with those whose prior content matches your quality standard, off-brand posts are rare. When they happen, they get addressed the same day.
- How long until we see results?
- Week 1 is brand voice ingestion and Creator Connections setup. Week 2 is inventory check and first creator recruitment. Weeks 3 to 4 typically see first content live on Amazon and creator channels. Most brands hit the $5,000 attributed revenue threshold somewhere in months 2 to 4, depending on category, sample velocity, and existing brand recognition. Beauty, supplements, and consumer products tend to ramp fastest because creators concentrate in those high-commission categories.
- What happens if we never hit the $5,000 threshold?
- You pay nothing. The only cost is product samples, which you control. If the program does not generate $5,000 in Creator Connections-attributed revenue in a given month, there is no management fee. This is not a trial period. It is the permanent structure: we only get paid when the program is genuinely working for you.
- What is included in the product sample investment?
- Approximately $500 to $1,500 per month, scaling with program velocity. The cost is your COGS multiplied by units shipped. You set the budget, and we do not ship samples until you confirm inventory health on the target ASINs. We never launch a creator program against products with shaky inventory because driving creator-attributed traffic to an out-of-stock listing kills momentum and hurts organic rank.
